The Wehappers program sets generation targets of 5,000 HXP, corresponding to the connection of 15,000 people, and the opening and equipping of 6 new hotspots.
The HXP generated are evaluated by the Happer Scientists and credited to the Happer Investors according to the conditions modeled by the Wehappers program.

Happer Investors are credited with HXP generated in proportion to their investment.
Happer Techstars are credited with the HXP generated by the conversion of the time and effort they dedicated to the mission.

In this case, WWX uses 2 Happer Techstars for 2 network development and on-site installation training missions.

WWX can offer Happers an enhanced happiness experience by meeting the populations they help. A Happer can use a credit of 500 HXP to spend 10 days immersed in a newly connected Bolivian family and take part in the life of the hotspot on site.
